Parish Life Commission
The purpose of the Parish Life Commission is to see to the social and community building needs of the parish. The Commission encourages a balance of activities and ministries that represent and address parish diversity in lifestyle, age, ethnicity and needs. This balance includes opportunity for social and support gatherings of people with specific needs (e.g., young moms, seniors, divorced, disabled. . .)
The Commission establishes and maintains a welcome committee where newcomers have opportunity to get fully acquainted with the parish, feel welcome and become involved. They maintain their yearly calendar of events. They provide parish-wide social events that recognize the interest and needs of parishioners
